We are open to candidates with a background in sales, customer service, coordination, or operations who want to transition into recruitment or already have initial experience.

What you will do:

At the beginning, your focus will be on building a strong foundation and supporting operational processes:

  • Source candidates through multiple channels and build a high-quality pipeline for open roles
  • Maintain and structure the talent database in PeopleForce
  • Support candidate communication and coordinate internal hiring stages
  • Manage statuses, analytics, and ensure a smooth recruitment funnel
  • Gradually develop expertise in the MilTech market and grow into sourcing complex technical roles

Our expectations:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a commercial, coordination, or operational role
  • Strong interest in recruitment and a structured learning approach
  • Readiness to handle a high volume of sourcing at the initial stage
  • High attention to detail and structured work style
  • Strong discipline in meeting deadlines and commitments
  • Understanding of the importance of the MilTech domain
  • English level: B2
