What You’ll Be Doing (Promo Manager – Event Campaigns)

• Developing and launching promo campaigns based on the promo calendar (e.g. seasonal events, Black Friday, New Year, etc.).
• Designing promo mechanics, bonus structures, and prize pools.
• Coordinating with marketing, CRM, design, and affiliate teams.
• Setting up and launching promotions in internal systems.
• Participating in promo planning and calendar creation.
• Managing tasks in Jira (landing pages, creatives, copy, promo assets).
• Controlling timelines and ensuring readiness before launch.
• Creating and managing promo codes for affiliate partners.
• Preparing bonus offers for affiliates.
• Analyzing promo performance and preparing monthly reports.
• Providing insights and optimization ideas for future campaigns.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, CRM, or promo campaign management.
• Experience with bonus campaigns or promotional mechanics is a plus.
• Understanding of promo logic, player incentives, and engagement strategies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Strong task management and deadline control skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new promo ideas.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Confident user of office tools and basic systems.
