Temperament/Goals Fit 

We’re looking for a product-minded, delivery-oriented designer. Someone that derives their dopamine and satisfaction from creating products and solving problems rather than simply operating Figma. 

• You can take discovery notes, business goals, and stakeholder input and turn them into coherent product workflows. 
• You ask sharp questions, but you do not need constant hand-holding to move work forward. 
• You proactively identify missing states, edge cases, workflow gaps, and functional risks before they become client or development issues. 
• You work quickly by leveraging design systems, reusable patterns, and efficient Figma practices. 
• You use AI tools pragmatically to speed up research, ideation, content drafting, critique, and workflow support. 
• You can explain why a design decision is right for the user and the business, not just why it looks good.

Key Responsibilities 

• Create user flows, wireframes of different levels of detail, and interactive prototypes, testing and iterating as needed. 
• Clean and organized Figma files, providing context notes when needed for clients and dev team 
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both visually appealing and highly functional. 
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across products. 
• Identify opportunities for improvement, suggest enhancements, and iterate based on feedback and data. 
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Be able to estimate design efforts based on user flow diagrams to stay in alignment with clients 

Requirements 

• At least 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. 
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools. 
• Smart use of AI tools – not blindly pessimistic or optimistic on AI – motivated/interested to leverage AI strengths and your Human strengths together. 
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping, with a strong understanding of user experience principles. 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work efficiently with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines 
• Experience in UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. 
• English B2 for effective communication in an international team
