Product Designer $

Description:

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in web or mobile design
• Strong Figma skills (auto layout, components, variables, prototyping)
• Product mindset — you focus on solving real user problems and driving business results
• Comfort with iterating on designs based on feedback and data
• Experience with user and competitor research
• Strong motivation to learn and grow

Would be a plus

• Experience using AI tools for creating visuals
• Skills in animation or motion design
• B2+ English

Responsibilities

• Design new features and improve experiences on both web and mobile
• Focus on 3 core product areas: activation, engagement, and retention
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life
• Conduct user and competitor research to make smarter design decisions
• Help generate ideas, test hypotheses, and understand user behavior
