Senior Project Manager to $3000

Whitepage Studio is a Boston Based boutique agency focused on presentation design, pitch decks, and visual storytelling for high-growth startups, global corporations, and leading institutions. Our clients include companies like DoorDash, Airbnb, and Unilever, as well as dozens of funded startups raising capital or closing enterprise deals.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to become the operational core of our studio. You will own multiple client projects simultaneously — from intake and briefing through design rounds to final delivery — while maintaining our high standards of communication and quality.

This is not a coordinator role. We need someone who can lead client relationships, proactively spot risks, and move fast without sacrificing precision. You are the person clients trust and the person our team relies on to stay organized.

A critical part of this role is hands-on proficiency in PowerPoint — you will be reviewing, structuring, and at times directly working inside presentations. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to know the tool inside out.

What You'll Do

Client Management

• Own end-to-end project delivery for 8–15 concurrent client projects
• Be the primary point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Lead kickoff calls, collect structured briefs, and align expectations upfront
• Manage revision rounds, collect and synthesize client feedback clearly and efficiently
• Communicate proactively — clients should never have to wonder about status

Project Operations

• Build and maintain project timelines; anticipate bottlenecks and flag them early
• Assign tasks to designers and writers based on workload and expertise
• Ensure version control and organized file management across all active projects
• Track scope, flag scope creep, and manage change requests professionally
• Support onboarding: NDAs, kickoff documentation, briefing templates

Business Support

• Help scope and quote new projects; prepare proposals in collaboration with the founder
• Identify upsell and retainer opportunities within active client relationships
• Support invoicing accuracy and basic financial tracking per project

Requirements

Must Have

• 4+ years in project management, account management, or similar client-facing roles
• Background in a creative agency, design studio, or marketing/communications environment
• Advanced PowerPoint skills — you can build, edit, and format complex multi-slide decks with ease
• Excellent written and verbal English — professional, clear, and confident
• Proven experience managing 10+ projects simultaneously with no compromises on quality
• Strong command of project management tools: ClickUp, Notion, or equivalent
• Fluency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Drive, Sheets)
• Self-directed, proactive, and calm under tight deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startup clients in fundraising or GTM contexts
• Familiarity with Figma — comfortable reviewing design files and providing structured feedback
• Exposure to retainer-based client relationships and annual contract management
• Experience with clients in finance, tech, healthcare, or enterprise sales
• Any background in visual design or presentation storytelling
