Who we are looking for
- You have 4+ years of experience working as an HR Manager;
- You have an English level of Intermediate or higher;
- You have strong communication skills, empathy, and good organizational abilities;
- You are able to work in a multitasking environment and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Completed courses or certifications in HR/Recruitment;
- Experience in crisis management or resolving conflicts within teams;
- Experience working with product or game development teams;
- Experience in mediation;
- Skills in organizing team buildings and corporate events.
