Who we are looking for

• You have 4+ years of experience working as an HR Manager;
• You have an English level of Intermediate or higher;
• You have strong communication skills, empathy, and good organizational abilities;
• You are able to work in a multitasking environment and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Completed courses or certifications in HR/Recruitment;
• Experience in crisis management or resolving conflicts within teams;
• Experience working with product or game development teams;
• Experience in mediation;
• Skills in organizing team buildings and corporate events.
