Junior Lawyer (Part-time) $

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to support our legal and compliance team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to start and grow your career in fintech and crypto, working closely with experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience.

This is a part-time role (up to 20 hours per week), focused on supporting key legal and compliance processes.

What you will do

  • Conduct legal research and support regulatory analysis related to fintech and financial services

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts) using templates

  • Support compliance tasks, including AML/KYC and data protection (GDPR) topics

  • Help maintain and organise legal documents and contracts (contract management system, document storage)

  • Assist with internal policies, compliance documentation, and basic risk assessments

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams (product, operations, business), translating legal topics into clear guidance

  • Support corporate documentation when needed

What we expect

  • Law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

  • 0–2 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house is a plus)

  • Experience assisting with contract drafting/review or working with contract templates

  • Basic understanding of financial regulation, AML/KYC, or GDPR or strong interest in learning these areas

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

  • Fluent English

  • Interest in fintech, digital payments, or crypto
