Job Description

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming background in one or several server side stacks, such us Python, Java, Golang or .NET (C#).
• Proven experience with iOS and/or Android mobile development.
• Proven experience with web related stacks (client and server side)
• Deep understanding of OOP, OOD, and scalable software design.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills — you can explain complex solutions with clarity and enthusiasm.

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

• Hands-on experience with OTT platforms: Roku, tvOS, FireTV, Xbox, Android TV.
• Experience with Media/AV players, streaming protocols, and video playback optimization.
• Experience with serverless/microservices architecture approaches.
• Experience with various clouds and distributed databases.
• Background in building SDKs, frameworks, or public libraries.
• Experience integrating ads and analytics into media apps.
• Exposure to UX principles and collaboration with Product teams.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Solution Owner.

From presales to delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation OTT and streaming solutions — driving innovation in streaming, data and AI, personalization, monetization, and digital experiences at truly global scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end solutioning and architecture for media and entertainment products and platforms, covering presales, design, and delivery.
• Engage with clients to shape, validate, and evolve modern, scalable, and high-performing media solutions.
• Architect OTT and media streaming ecosystems, including:

          - Direct-to-consumer cross-platform applications (Mobile, Web and CTV).

          - Advertising technology and monetization solutions (AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, hybrid).

          - AI-driven data platforms, analytics, and business intelligence.

• Act as a technical driver, advising clients on best practices and guiding internal teams on modern technology stack choices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Business stakeholders to align technical solutions with client strategy and vision.
• Contribute to presales activities, including solution proposals, estimations, technical roadmaps, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, prototype emerging technologies, and recommend accelerators for company adoption.
