Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new and developing active partners who drive high-quality traffic and convert into active players;
  • Attending industry conferences and networking events to expand the partner base;
  • Ensuring effective and timely communication with partners to increase brand loyalty;
  • Managing partners throughout the full lifecycle: from onboarding to scaling;
  • Working with various partner types: influencers, communities, content projects, aggregators, affiliates, content creators;
  • Building and maintaining long-term partnership relationships;
  • Analyzing partner channel performance and traffic sources;
  • Developing individual cooperation terms;
  • Controlling payouts, contracts, and related documentation;
  • Ensuring positive ROI and traffic payback within agreed timelines.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate or account management;
  • Experience working with non-gambling partners (influencers, communities, aggregators, Web3 projects);
  • Understanding of CPA and RevShare models;
  • Experience managing partner agreements;
  • Skills in building long-term partnerships;
  • Experience working with CRM systems;
  • Ability to prepare commercial proposals;
  • Understanding of basic performance marketing metrics;
  • Skills in analyzing partner channel efficiency;
  • English level โ€” B2+.
