About you:

• You don't just use AI tools - you build workflows with them. You've created content pipelines, prompt libraries, or automation systems that actually saved time and improved output quality;
• You've grown social accounts from scratch and have the numbers to prove it;
• You're hands-on: you can write a brief, script a video, edit it yourself, design a thumbnail, schedule it, and analyze what happened. AI is how you move fast without losing quality;
• You know how to work with creators - vetting, briefing, and managing relationships in a way that produces content people actually watch and act on;
• Advanced English required: all internal communication is in English, and our social media audience is fully English-speaking;
• Love for traveling.
   

What you’ll own:

• All our social media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads. Primary focus: TikTok & Instagram;
• Influencer marketing: vetting creators, managing relationships, briefing, content review, and tracking performance;
• AI-powered content workflows: scripting, production, scheduling, and repurposing - you design the system, not just use it;
• Performance reporting in close collaboration with UA and analytics, with a focus on business outcomes.
