We’re now scaling globally and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow our team, shape our culture, and keep our Kyiv HQ running smoothly.

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior leader to own and drive our global expansion. This role combines leadership, sales, and market development, with a strong focus on building scalable processes and launching new markets.

 

You will lead the sales team, develop go-to-market strategies, and personally drive key deals while expanding our international presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team and account management function
  • Set goals, track performance, and improve overall team effectiveness
  • Build and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and playbooks
  • Identify and validate new international markets
  • Launch and develop new countries (from first deal to scalable pipeline)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across regions
  • Conduct market research and analyze local ecosystems and regulations
  • Close strategic and high-value deals
  • Represent the company in international markets, including events and partnerships
     

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales teams (5+ people)
  • Experience launching new markets or leading international expansion
  • Strong background in B2B sales
  • Experience building processes and systems from scratch
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Fluent English
     

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, mobility, logistics, or related industries
  • Background in business development, expansion, or general management
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience
