Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager  / Finance Analyst / Chief Accountant
• Strong understanding of management and financial accounting
• Experience working with IFRS
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with 1C or other accounting systems
• Strong analytical mindset and systematic approach

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Cash flow control (bank accounts, crypto transactions)
• Monitoring and control of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Payroll control
• Preparation of financial reports for owners and top management
