Junior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager with a strong focus on active partner acquisition in media buying, influencer marketing, and tipster partnerships.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and attract new partners according to set targets
• Conduct negotiations (email, calls, online meetings)
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Transfer approved partners to the Account Management team
• Maintain partner database and reporting

✅ Requirements:

• English level B1 or higher (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Result-oriented mindset
• Strong motivation to grow in affiliate marketing
• Willingness to actively source and hunt for partners

🔥 Nice to Have:

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager or Sales Manager
• Experience in active partner acquisition
• Experience working with Tier 1 and/or LATAM markets
• Experience in iGaming / Betting vertical
