CRO Manager

Boosty is a company specializing in the sale of dietary supplements. Our mission is to simplify people's lives by helping them use fewer but more effective products. We strive to build a community that aspires to live long and healthy lives.

 

Our products contain vitamins and minerals that strengthen the immune system and improve overall health. We are actively expanding and looking for a CRO Manager.


๐Ÿ“Œ Main responsibilities:
 

  • Researching and analyzing references (top e-commerce players, competitors);
  • Building page structures together with the team;
  • Coordinating content creation (copywriting, design);
  • Assigning tasks for development and overseeing launch execution;
  • Handing over pages to the media buying team;
  • Tracking tests and performance results;
  • Initiating and launching A/B tests;
  • Ensuring execution of the launch plan (3โ€“4 new pages per month);
  • Participating in the creation of new pages (including B2B).

 

๐Ÿ“Œ Requirements:
 

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce / CRO / performance marketing;
  • Strong understanding of conversion principles and user behavior;
  • Experience working with landing pages and funnel-based structures;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Data-driven mindset (comfortable working with metrics and making decisions based on data);
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing methodology;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, copy, development, media buying);
  • Strong organizational and execution skills;
  • English at least at an intermediate level (for tools, documentation, communication).


๐Ÿ“Œ Preferred qualifications:
 

  • Experience in DTC brands or fast-scaling e-commerce projects;
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, Triple Whale (or similar);
  • Experience launching and scaling multiple landing pages per month;
  • Understanding of paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and how it connects to landing page performance;
  • Experience working with subscription products or retention-focused funnels;
  • Basic UX/UI understanding.
