Junior Promo Marketing Manager

We are looking for a driven and passionate professional Junior Promo Marketing Manager team member to join us!
Requirements
- Previous experience working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, Casino Coordinator, or Compliance Coordinator;
- Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Proven professional proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of any other languages would be an asset;
- High communication skills, the ability to organize a day-to-day task, a willingness to learn, and a curious mind are a must-have.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for: - Providing full support to Promo Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining promo campaigns;
- Assisting in daily operations: setup file preparation, campaigns creation, maintaining trackers, etc.;
- Becoming an expert in using our Back Office, Client Area and Tableu systems;
- Supporting promotional planning alongside Promo Managers;
- Provide customer support via Jira tickets;
- Assist in creating tasks for copywriter and promo designer.
You will work closely with: - Our Promo Managers and our Promo Team Lead, who will manage this role.
