Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (from sourcing to offer stage)
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Be familiar with our IT product https://cesar.chat
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for international markets (US/EU)
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search)
- Experience with employer branding initiatives
