Full-Cycle Recruiter(Blue-Collar)
Remote | €3,000 fixed + bonuses | Long-term
We are looking for a high-performing recruiter to join a stable, well-established international company with a proven track record on the market.
This is not a typical HR role.
This is a commercial, performance-driven position for someone who delivers results.
What you’ll do
- Recruit and place blue-collar workers at scale
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Work with existing clients and actively develop new business opportunities
- Run outbound activity: calls, LinkedIn, messaging
- Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Maintain strict CRM/ATS discipline (non-negotiable)
- Move fast, solve problems, and close positions
What we expect
- 5+ years of proven recruitment experience
- 3+ years of blue-collar recruitment experience
- Strong hunter mentality and commercial mindset
- Comfortable with high outbound volume
- Ability to manage large pipelines and fast processes
- High level of ownership, discipline, and consistency
Fluent English
