Head of Marketing (iGaming)
Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on international markets, with a strong focus on LATAM.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy, drive acquisition, and scale performance across key channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategy (acquisition, brand, performance)
- Lead and scale marketing team (media buying, affiliates, CRM, content)
- Manage and optimize paid traffic channels (FB, Google, TikTok, programmatic)
- Drive affiliate program growth and partnerships
- Work closely with product, analytics, and retention teams
- Own marketing budgets, CAC, ROI, and performance metrics
- Identify new growth opportunities in LATAM and other regions
Requirements:
- 5+ years in iGaming marketing
- Proven experience in LATAM markets is a must
- Strong expertise in performance marketing & user acquisition
- Experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
