Junior System Administrator (NOC / Monitoring)

We are looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator (NOC / Monitoring) to join our team and help ensure the stability and reliability of our infrastructure.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with monitoring tools, investigating incidents, and developing their skills in infrastructure and system administration within a professional engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work in 8-hour shifts
• Monitor infrastructure using multiple monitoring tools
• Communicate clearly and escalate issues when needed
• Perform initial investigation of alerts
• Conduct basic triage of incidents and requests
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Opsgenie)
• 1+ year of experience in System/IT Administration roles
• Good understanding of Windows Server 2022/2019 administration principles
• Experience and knowledge of networks Troubleshooting skills
• English: Pre-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or Ansible
• Experience with MetaTrader
• Experience in the trading domain
