SEO Team Lead

We are a digital agency working with international clients and looking for an SEO Team Lead to take ownership of SEO direction, build scalable strategies, and grow the team.

This role combines hands-on expertise with leadership and strategic thinking.

    Responsibilities

• Build and execute SEO strategies for client projects
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify growth opportunities
• Work with technical SEO, content strategy, and linkbuilding
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Implement AI-driven solutions into SEO workflows
• Present strategies and results to clients

• Mentor SEO specialists and contribute to team growth

  Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and linkbuilding
• Experience with Ahrefs / Semrush
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer SEO)
• Understanding of modern search trends (AI, GEO, LLM)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking

• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English

  Nice to have

• Experience in digital or SEO agencies
• Experience mentoring or leading a team
• Experience building SEO processes or workflows

• Understanding of business impact (not just traffic)
