Microsoft Chatbot Developer (AI and Omnichannel Solutions)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Microsoft Chatbot Developer (AI and Omnichannel Solutions) 

Requirements:

- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework SDK & Azure Bot Services

- Hands-on with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents

- Understanding of Omnichannel solutions (Teams, web, enterprise apps)

- Strong skills in C#, Python, or Node.js

- Knowledge of NLP & conversational AI (LUIS or similar)

- Experience with APIs & integrations (SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)

- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain) — plus

- Experience with RAG, multi-turn conversations, context handling

- Azure knowledge required (AWS — plus)
