We are looking for someone who can build, scale, and own it end-to-end.

 

Your mission

  • Build a high-performance Support Machine (team, processes, systems)
  • Own core metrics: SLA / CSAT / FRT / Resolution / Retention
  • Turn support into a data-driven, revenue-impact function
  • Implement AI-first support (automation, routing, self-service)
  • Drive product decisions through customer insights
  • Handle high-stakes cases (payments, disputes, incidents)

 

You are

  • A builder, not an operator
  • Experienced in fintech / PSP / SaaS
  • Proven in scaling teams (not just managing them)
  • Obsessed with metrics, systems, and efficiency
  • Comfortable in high-growth, high-pressure environments

 

Not for you if

  • You only managed ticket queues
  • You need structure instead of building it
  • You avoid ownership of results
