Who We Are Looking For: We don't need a task executor or a report-forwarding manager. We need an A-player โ€” someone who takes full ownership of marketing and treats results as a personal responsibility. You'll be a stakeholder in the project, not just an employee.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute the overall marketing strategy from scratch
  • Own SEO โ€” content planning, programmatic pages, link building, AI-driven content ops
  • Drive lead generation through outreach, partnerships, and new channels
  • Communicate directly with leads and partners โ€” you represent the company's growth
  • Generate ideas, run experiments, and kill what doesn't work

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years in marketing, ideally in a startup or agency environment
  • Proven SEO track record โ€” you've grown organic traffic, not just tracked it
  • Experience communicating with leads or clients โ€” confident, clear, and conversion-focused
  • Self-driven with a bias for action โ€” you don't wait to be told what to do
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Aligned with startup values: speed, ownership, and no bullshit
