We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our growing team. Your focus: finding great candidates and getting them into the pipeline. No fluff, no corporate nonsense — just real sourcing work with real impact.
 

What you'll do

• Source candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
• Run targeted outreach campaigns that actually get responses
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active roles
• Collaborate closely with founder to align on candidate quality and fit
• Keep candidate data clean and up to date in our ATS
   

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience
• Strong LinkedIn outreach skills — you know what makes people reply
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Curious about AI tools and open to using them in your workflow
• Good level of English — you'll be reaching out to international candidates
   

Nice to have

• Experience in tech recruiting (engineers, product, leadership)
• Familiarity with AI sourcing tools
   

Compensation Commission-only to start, with clear growth into a base + commission structure as we scale together. This is a real opportunity to grow with the company — not just a one-off gig.
