Marketing Growth Manager (APPs) – App Factory

About the role
We’re building a Lean Apps Factory – a high-velocity engine that launches, tests, and scales subscription mobile apps across multiple niches (health, productivity, education, lifestyle and more).
Your mission as Marketing Growth Manager (PMM) is to turn ideas, funnels and creatives into predictable revenue – and help us design the growth playbook for every new app we ship.
This is not a maintenance role. You’ll sit at the centre of performance marketing, product, creative and data, deciding what we test next and where we invest. As we scale, this role can grow into Head of PMM / Head of Marketing Growth with ownership of multiple growth pods.

Mission
Own one or more app “growth streams” end-to-end (W2W + W2A) and turn budget, funnels and creatives into predictable revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product and analytics for our first apps.
- Design and run go-to-market strategies: ICPs, offers, messaging, W2W/W2A funnels, paywalls, email/onboarding.
- Work with UA on media plans, testing roadmap and targets (CAC, ROAS, payback, LTV).
- Work with Creative to generate and systematise winning angles, scripts and concepts.
- Partner with Tech & Data to improve tracking, dashboards, and automation (rules, budget shifts, experiment templates).
- Turn data into clear priorities: what to scale, what to kill, what to test next.
In your first 3 months you will
- Build a deep understanding of our apps, users and growth levers.
- Take ownership of one core growth stream (e.g. one app / region / funnel) from strategy to execution.
- Ship and review multiple creative + funnel experiments and hit agreed ROI / revenue targets.
- Tighten collaboration between Performance, Creative, Product and Data to speed up the learning loop.
Ideal profile
- 3+ years in performance marketing / growth for mobile apps or subscriptions (W2W/W2A)
- Strong experience in creative strategy + funnel optimisation (web and/or app)
- Confident with numbers: can read cohort tables, CAC/ROAS, LTV, and make decisions
- Great communicator and project driver – keeps UA, Creative, Product and Data aligned
- Comfortable in fast-moving, test-and-learn environments
- English level (B2+)
