About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Director who will take ownership of traffic scaling and growth strategy across CIS markets.
This role is ideal for someone who knows how to work with large budgets, test fast, scale efficiently and drive measurable growth.
You will be responsible for building and executing growth strategies, managing acquisition channels and delivering real business results.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Build and execute growth and acquisition strategy
β’ Scale traffic across multiple channels (performance, affiliate, influencer, SEO)
β’ Manage and optimize marketing budgets ($100k+ monthly)
β’ Drive product growth and revenue (GGR-focused)
β’ Identify and test new growth opportunities
β’ Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, GGR)
β’ Collaborate with product, marketing and affiliate teams
π― Requirements
β’ 3+ years of experience in iGaming (performance / acquisition)
β’ Proven experience managing budgets of $100k+ per month
β’ Proven track record of scaling products to 1M+ GGR
β’ Hands-on experience with multiple traffic channels
β’ Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
β’ Experience working with CIS markets (RU, UZ β preferred)

β’ Experience working with streamers / influencers
β’ Understanding of SEO traffic
β’ Experience launching new products or GEOs
β’ Experience working with affiliate networks
