People Partner (iGaming/Retention Focus)

BigD is a rapidly expanding iGaming product company. We are currently looking for a People Partner to help us not only manage HR processes, but also focus on what matters most: staff retention, team development and a healthy workplace culture.
In this role, you will work closely with managers and teams, helping them build effective collaboration, boost employee engagement and reduce staff turnover. We are looking for an HR professional who thinks like a business partner, enjoys working with people and wants to influence processes, rather than just support them.
This is a great opportunity for a People Partner / HR Generalist who already has experience in retention or engagement and wants to develop within a product-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:
β€’ Partnering with teams and managers on people management issues
β€’ Working on employee retention and retaining key staff
β€’ Conducting one-to-one meetings, stay interviews and exit interviews
β€’ Supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle within the company
β€’ Fostering and developing engagement and corporate culture
β€’ Advising managers on motivation, development and team management
β€’ Analysing HR data and identifying opportunities to improve processes
β€’ Participating in the launch and development of HR initiatives and internal programmes

Essential professional experience:
β€’ At least 3 years’ experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner / HR Generalist in the iGaming sector
β€’ Experience with retention or engagement initiatives
β€’ Understanding of the HR lifecycle
β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
β€’ Strong communication and empathy skills
β€’ English at a level sufficient for business communication
