Accounts Payable Accountant to $1700

Our Company has the main office in Ternopil and has the e-commerce business in USA.

We are looking for the Remote Accountant, the ideal candidate has the accounting experience in foreign/international company, worked with Quickbook for 1-2 years and has the English enough for document flow.

The main requirements:

1. Excel knowledge 
2. Worked in Quickbook 1-2 years and Google Sheets
3. Has experience in working for the United States
4. English B2 level
5. Has Payroll experience — not required, but good to have
6. Deals with the vendors, creates bills, requests statements from vendors, reconciles vendor’s balances, and has actively worked in the Account Payable Department
7. Self-driven, fast learner and ready for a fast-paced environment.

What You will do:

1. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close cycles through effective planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
2. Deals with the vendors, creates bills, requests statements from vendors, reconciles vendor’s balances.
3. Respond to payment and general accounts payable inquiries, resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain thorough and accurate files and documentation by company policy and generally accepted accounting practices.
5. Work closely with other departments on increasingly complex department projects and continuous improvement activities that may span beyond the scope of one own team’s responsibilities

Work conditions:

1. Remote work (work from home)
2. Full time 8 hours work in the UTC -6 Time Zone (USA). Schedule is agreed 
3. Civil service contract, monthly USD payment
