Responsibilities
- Define and manage global product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, revenue influence and user metrics
- Analyze product funnel (CJM) and identify growth opportunities
- Improve conversion to deposit, retention and LTV
- Optimize payment flows and monitor success rate performance
- Coordinate with platform provider in White Label model
- Lead product initiatives for new GEO launches
- Collaborate with Retention, CRM, Promo and VIP teams
- Work closely with Design & Content for UX improvements
- Drive data-based decision making and hypothesis validation
- Monitor product performance and report impact of releases
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in Product Management
- Experience working with digital products (iGaming)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics
- Experience working with funnels, cohorts and performance analysis
- Ability to prioritize based on business impact
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or platform providers
- Understanding of payment systems and conversion optimization
- Structured thinking and ownership mindset
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- English level sufficient for working with platform providers
