Accounting and Reporting Manager

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounting in compliance with Cyprus legislation and IFRS standards.
• Analyze current accounting and reconstruct historical records from primary documentation.
• Prepare P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet statements, overseeing all accounting areas.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Handle Payroll in Cyprus, including submission of all mandatory filings.
• Prepare tax declarations: VAT, VIES, IR7 (Employer), and others.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records.
• Work in QuickBooks Online: maintain data and optimize processes.
• Prepare financial reports for management and external auditors.

• Ensure compliance with EU VAT requirements and local tax legislation.

🔹 Our Ideal Candidate:

• Accountant / Finance Manager experience in Cyprus for 2–3+ years.
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle independently.
• Deep knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation (VAT, CT, VIES, CASP, Payroll).
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation in the UK and Belize.
• Confident in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems.
• Attention to detail, high work capacity, and ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
• English language proficiency Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Work authorization in Cyprus or EU / Cyprus citizenship.

   

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Greek.
• Experience in IT / Fintech or international companies.
• Experience with audits and accounting reconstruction.
