We are looking for a Middle Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. Templify is a high-growth mobile/web ecosystem that helps creators and businesses produce high-quality video content using professional templates.

City: Cherkasy, Lviv, remote

Responsibilities:

  • Monetization Strategy: Design and implement optimal monetization schemes to maximize ARPU/ARPS
  • Funnel Optimization: Create and refine user flows from the initial landing page/funnel to the first meaningful interaction within the product (Aha! moment)
  • Hypothesis Generation & Execution: Own the full cycle of growth experiments—from ideation and tasking (designers/developers) to "turnkey" implementation
  • A/B Testing: Run and analyze A/B tests on web funnels to boost subscription conversion rates
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitors' products and marketing funnels to identify new growth levers
  • Data Analytics: Use data to identify conversion drivers and evaluate pricing strategy effectiveness
  • User Research: Conduct customer interviews to gather qualitative insights and discover unmet user needs
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver seamless product improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Product Marketing (B2C/Subscription models preferred)
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with Amplitude (or similar tools); ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proven track record of making decisions based on tests and quantitative/qualitative data
  • Creative Execution: Experience working with designers to build high-converting web flows and marketing assets
  • Execution Skills: Strong prioritization skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
