Trainee / Junior System Administrator to $600

We are a game development and testing company with a strong technical infrastructure that supports our teams in different countries. Our IT team ensures stable, secure, and efficient operation of all internal systems, networks, and devices.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated System Administrator (Trainee / Junior) to join our team and support the maintenance and development of our IT infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities

—  Maintain and track company IT equipment and hardware inventory
 — Configure and support network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti)
 — Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and workstations
 — Provide technical support to employees
 — Set up and maintain network devices (routers, switches, networks)
 — Configure mobile devices (Android / iOS / Amazon) for work purposes
 — Ensure backup processes and data protection
 — Organize and maintain remote access solutions
 — Assist with hardware diagnostics and basic repairs
 — Visit the office in Kharkiv 1–2 times per week
 — Participate in IT infrastructure optimization and improvement

 

Required Skills

 — 0–1 year of experience in IT support or system administration
 — Basic knowledge of operating systems installation and configuration
 — Experience with MikroTik or Ubiquiti equipment
 — Understanding of networking principles and network protocols
 — Experience or basic knowledge of domain services (Active Directory) and email systems
 — Experience working with mobile devices (Android / iOS)
 — English level: Pre-Intermediate – Intermediate
 — Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
 — Ability to work independently and learn quickly

 

Will be a plus

 — Understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes
 — Interest in gaming or game development industry
 — Basic knowledge of QA or software testing processes

— Full-time position (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break)
 — Salary: Trainee - $300–$400 | Junior - $400–$500 | Strong Junior - $500-$600. The company covers taxes.
