Head of CPA to $6000

We are looking for a Head of CPA to launch and scale the affiliate direction for a new iGaming brand.

This role will be responsible for building and managing a partner network, working with affiliates and advertisers, and driving traffic performance and efficiency.

The position requires a high level of ownership and independence, with direct impact on business growth and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and develop the CPA/affiliate direction from scratch
• Attract and onboard affiliates, advertisers, and partners
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Analyze and optimize traffic performance
• Manage financial reporting for the affiliate channel
• Ensure timely and accurate partner payouts
• Scale the partner network and acquisition channels

Traffic Channels:
Experience with multiple traffic sources is required:

• PPC
• SEO
• ASO
• Facebook Ads
• UAC
• In-App
• SMS
• Email

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of CPA model and affiliate marketing
• Experience working with affiliates and advertisers
• Solid knowledge of traffic performance metrics
• Technical understanding of CPA infrastructure:
  • postbacks
  • tracking systems
  • traffic analytics
• High level of ownership and самостоятельности
• Ability to build and scale processes from scratch
