Growth/Performance Marketing Lead to $4000
We are looking for a Growth / Performance Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition and scale lead generation.
The key focus of this role is not hands-on campaign execution, but ownership of the growth function: building and optimizing acquisition funnels, testing hypotheses, and improving conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the performance marketing strategy
- Scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels
- Manage hypothesis testing roadmap and experimentation
- Improve key metrics (CPL, CAC, CVR)
- Optimize lead-to-sale conversion
- Work with analytics and marketing economics
- Collaborate closely with sales and CRM teams
Set tasks and direction for creative strategy and testing
Requirements:
Must-have experience:
- 4+ years in performance or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Proven experience in lead generation
- Experience in funnel optimization
- Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation
Data-driven decision-making approach
Core competencies:
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing
- Ability to develop and validate growth hypotheses
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CAC, CPL, CPA, CVR)
- Experience optimizing for revenue, not just leads
- Understanding of creative impact on performance
Ability to connect marketing efforts with sales outcomes
Nice to have:
- Experience in health / wellness, education, coaching, services, subscriptions, or lead generation businesses
- Experience with CRO and creative testing
- Understanding of attribution models
- Knowledge of LTV and unit economics
- Experience with CRM integration
