We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team (up to 10 people) in a fast-paced Web3/Fintech environment.

This is not just another SaaS — we are building next-gen financial infrastructure, including:

• Crypto cards
• Custodial & non-custodial wallets
• On-chain transaction flows
• Web3 banking tools

Your Responsibilities

• Own the full project delivery lifecycle — from MVP to production launch
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team:
  • Backend, Frontend
  • DevOps
  • UI/UX
  • QA
• Plan and run sprints, define priorities, track progress
• Identify and remove blockers to keep delivery on track
• Ensure effective communication between technical, product, and business stakeholders
• Participate in architecture discussions and understand technical flows
• Maintain control over:
  • Timelines
  • Scope
  • Technical decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Hands-on experience managing and delivering blockchain (Web3) projects is required
• Strong practical understanding of Web3 fundamentals, including:
• Custodial vs non-custodial wallets
• Transaction signing & gas mechanics
• On-chain transaction flows
• DeFi risks and limitations
• AML / KYC processes in crypto environments
• Ability to confidently communicate with engineers and participate in technical discussions around architecture and system design
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and experience running delivery processes end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with tools:
•  Jira
• Notion
• Slack
• Google Docs
• Languages:
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
• Ukrainian — C1
