Automation Engineer

We’re looking for an Automation Engineer / Automation Wizard!

We’re looking for someone who can translate business processes into smart, reliable, and scalable automation solutions.

In this role, you’ll work on a variety of digital products for clients — from growing SMEs to complex enterprise environments. You’ll ensure that tools, data, and systems are fully connected, helping teams work more efficiently and scale without manual effort.
 

Responsibilities:
Design and build automation workflows
Translate business processes into efficient automation solutions
Set up integrations between tools, platforms, and APIs
Contribute to data flows, error handling, and scalability
Work on projects from concept to launch

You understand how processes work, quickly identify where automation adds value, and feel comfortable in a fast-growing team.
 

Requirements:
You take ownership, think proactively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You enjoy making systems smarter and more efficient.
Location Belgium must have!

Think in processes, flows, and exceptions
Stay pragmatic — automation should work, not be perfect
Like structure but can handle chaos
Are eager to learn and explore new tools
Are AI-savvy and use AI as a co-pilot
Feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
