Responsibilities: Support daily business analysis tasks by reviewing requests, reproducing issues, and assisting teams in resolving operational and system-related cases. Contribute to process improvement by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting the development of well-scoped solutions with senior analysts. Assist in reporting and data analysis activities, helping monitor business performance and providing insights to improve decision-making.
