Middle 2D Animator (iGaming)

Our partners are looking for a creative Middle 2D Animator to breathe life into new slot titles. You will be a key player in the production cycle, turning static art into high-impact gaming experiences using Spine 2D and After Effects.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Animation: Create fluid character animations, dynamic backgrounds, and eye-catching VFX;
• Tool Mastery: High-quality rigging and animation in Spine 2D and motion graphics in After Effects;
• Visual Style Development: Collaborate with Art Directors to define the motion language for new game themes;
• Asset Optimization: Prepare and optimize animations for seamless integration into game engines (performance matters);
• Creative Polish: Enhance player feedback through "juicy" animations that drive engagement and excitement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in 2D game animation (specific experience with Slot Games is a big plus);
• Spine 2D Expert: 1+ year of professional hands-on experience (rigging, meshes, weights);
• Adobe Suite: Proficiency in After Effects (VFX/Compositing) and Photoshop (Asset preparation);
• Technical Art Mindset: Understanding of atlas optimization, draw calls, and technical constraints of web/mobile platforms;
• Portfolio: A strong reel demonstrating character acting and polished FX is a must;
• English: B1 (Intermediate) for effective team collaboration.
