We’re looking for a creative and responsible 2D Artist who is eager to grow in the game industry and contribute to the visual direction of our RNG games.
 

Responsibilities:

• Create illustrations, graphics, and design elements for slot games
• Design characters and background images
• Develop new visual concepts and game styles
• Produce pixel art and frame-by-frame (sprite-based) animations for game elements
• Create graphic assets for pitch decks, corporate websites, and presentations
• Collaborate with the development team to implement visual concepts in-game
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts

Requirements:

• Portfolio with examples of work (student or educational projects are acceptable)
• Solid understanding of composition, color theory, perspective, and anatomy
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Procreate, Illustrator, etc.)
• Creative mindset, initiative, and a desire to learn new things
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the gambling industry (e.g., slot or casino game development)

Requirements

– 3+ years of experience as a 2D Artist in GameDev
– strong portfolio showcasing GameDev projects
– strong drawing, composition, color, lighting, perspective, and visual storytelling skills

– create high-quality 2D art for instant, slot, and crash games, including characters, symbols, backgrounds, environments, UI elements, props, and visual effects
– design complete asset packages that clearly communicate gameplay states, interactions, rewards, risks, and features
– refining existing artwork and maintaining a consistent visual style across the project
– prepare layered files and optimised assets for Spine animation and HTML5(PixiJS, Cocos2d) integration
– use AI-assisted tools for visual research, concept exploration, and production support
– collaborating with the Game Art Lead, UI/UX Designer, Animators, and Project Manager
– organizing and maintaining a clear, structured workflow for game projects in figma

We are Penalty Crash, a small studio creating casual mobile and web games. We are looking for a 2D artist who not only draws but also brings characters and objects to life in Spine.

Responsibilities:

• Create modern 2D designs for game screens, UI, characters, objects and effects.
• Prepare assets for animation (slicing, rigging, layers).
• Animate characters, objects and UI in Spine 2D (idle, win/lose, transitions, effects).
• Export animations for game engines and coordinate with developers.
