Integration & Solutions Specialist - SAP Commerce

We’re looking for an Integration & Solutions Specialist who can connect e-commerce ecosystems with CRM tooling and turn business expectations into working technical solutions. In this role you’ll own integration concepts end‑to‑end — from discovery and design to delivery and handover — ensuring that customer systems work together as one coherent landscape.

What you’ll do

• Design integrations at scale: create robust integration scenarios across the SAP CX & CRM environment, using components such as SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), CDP, Emarsys, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Deliver and support: produce clear technical documentation, diagnose issues, and keep implemented flows stable over time.
• Work with multiple parties: coordinate with internal engineering teams and customer stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business priorities.
• Keep growing: follow SAP product updates, complete trainings, and pursue relevant certifications.

What we expect

• 3+ years in solution design, integration architecture, or technical consulting with a strong integration focus.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, web services, and common messaging/integration patterns; ability to read/write code in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Confident communication in English (B2+); willingness to guide colleagues and share practical know‑how.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to the SAP CX portfolio.
• Cloud experience (GCP and/or Azure).
• German language skills.
