Game Producer

Strim Duo is a creative digital studio based in Limassol, Cyprus. We specialize in social game development, product engineering, UX/UI design, custom software solutions, mobile apps, and post-launch product support.

Our mission is to build products that work seamlessly across devices, delivering engaging experiences for millions of users worldwide.

We’re looking for

• At least 5 years of experience working at the position of Game Producer;
• Experience in analyzing trend data to identify new product solutions;
• Understanding of software development methodologies and principles (Waterfall, Scrum,Kanban);
• Tech English skills;
• Completed projects portfolio;
• Ability to manage deadlines
• Experience in interaction with remote teams;
• Skills in performance metrics management;

• Skills in team management.

   

Would be a plus

• Experience in work with European or Asian markets;
• High level of proficiency in Instant, Crush games;
• Experience in mobile application development.

Your position will include

• Creation of game concept, mechanics and visual style from the scratch;
• Be involved in forming strong team for creating Instant, Crush games;
• Development and management of backlogs, roadmaps, documentation;
• Game production processes supporting;
• Technical specification creating;
• Conduct with Project Manage to manage priority list of the tasks;
• Team performance management;
• Being in permanent close communication with all stakeholders.
