Head of Facebook Ads / Media Buying (DTC Health and Wellness) to $10000
About the Role:
We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand spending six-figures daily on paid media and scaling aggressively. We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer who lives and breathes paid social โ someone who can own our paid media operation end-to-end, manage significant ad spend across Meta and emerging platforms, and help build the systems and team that take us to the next level.
This is not an entry-level role. You'll be making real decisions that directly impact revenue, leading junior buyers, and working closely with our creative team to turn concepts into rocket campaigns.
What You'll Own:
Media Buying & Performance
โ Manage and optimize 6-figure+ monthly ad spend, primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
โ Launch, test, and scale campaigns across Snapchat and TikTok as we expand our platform presence
โ Own key performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and LTV
โ Identify what's winning, kill what's not, and scale winning structures fast
โ Test and iterate on campaign structures โ including budget types, bidding strategies,
audience segmentation, and funnel stages
Scaling & Strategy
โ Build and test new campaign structures (CBO, ABO, broad vs. interest, retargeting, etc.)
โ Develop platform expansion playbooks for Snapchat and TikTok from early testing
through scale
โ Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry shifts
โ Translate performance data into clear strategy adjustments
Team Leadership
โ Manage and mentor junior media buyers โ reviewing their work, providing feedback, and developing their skills
โ Set performance standards, SOPs, and testing frameworks for the team
โ Escalate issues and surface opportunities to leadership proactively
Creative Collaboration
โ Work directly with the creative team to communicate what the data is showing โ what hooks are working, what angles are converting, what needs to be tested next
โ Provide clear, actionable creative briefs based on performance insights
โ Bridge the gap between creative output and paid media execution

Qualifications
โ 1+ year of hands-on paid social experience with a strong, proven Meta track record
โ You've personally managed $1M+/month in ad spend โ not assisted, not supported โ you owned it
โ Deep understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem โ Ads Manager, pixel setup, attribution
windows, and the algorithm
โ Proven experience with direct response brands โ supplements, health & wellness, or
similarly aggressive DTC verticals where creative angles, compliance awareness, and
funnel performance are everything
โ Comfortable with TikTok Ads Manager and/or Snapchat Ads โ or genuinely eager to
own these platforms and build the playbook from the ground up
โ Data-driven mindset: you make decisions based on numbers, not gut feelings alone
โ Experience running or scaling info products, DR supplement, or high-volume DTC
brands is a strong plus
Compensation:
โ Base Salary: We pay competitively โ and we mean it. Base salary for this role can reach 5 figures monthly easily depending on your experience and what you bring to the table. If you're currently paid somewhere else, we will outcompete your current offer.
โ Performance Bonuses: Tied directly to CAC, revenue milestones, and platform KPIs. The better the brand performs, the bigger your bonus.
โ Revenue Share: As the brand scales, senior team members participate in the upside. More revenue = more for you. This isn't capped โ we scale together.
