Product Project manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to support our Product team during an active scaling phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain task management processes across Product and adjacent teams (ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools)
• Ensure consistent execution of tasks, including follow-ups, deadline tracking, and escalation where required
• Review incoming reports and translate insights into structured tasks and action plans
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between Product, Support, Affiliate, and other internal teams
• Decompose high-level product initiatives into clear, trackable execution steps
• Support ongoing product operations, including content workflows and feature implementation tracking
• Take ownership of operational routines within the Product function and continuously improve them
• Execute ad-hoc tasks related to product operations, data collection, and internal coordination

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Operations, or a similar role within iGaming B2C or 2+ years of experience in Project management
• Solid understanding of product workflows, task lifecycle, and cross-team dependencies
• Ability to independently manage multiple workflows and maintain execution discipline
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• English level - B2 or higher
