AI Content Automation Lead

We are looking for a specialist who can build an AI-assisted content system — not just use AI tools.

This role is about creating scalable, structured content production by combining AI, workflows, and team processes.

Your focus:
• Build and optimize AI-assisted content pipelines
• Implement automation and workflows
• Improve content production speed and quality
• Create SOPs, templates, and internal standards
• Set up repurposing systems
• Ensure quality control for AI-generated content

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with AI / LLM tools
• Experience building workflows or automation
• Understanding of content production pipelines
• Experience documenting processes (SOPs, templates)
• Ability to test and improve systems fast

Nice to have:
• Experience with short-form content
• Experience in expert / education / wellness niches
• Experience with automation tools
• Experience building AI content systems
