Affiliate Manager

We are looking for Affiliate Manager in our team.

Main tasks:

• Search, attract and onboard affiliate partners (review sites, content platforms, tipsters, streamers, etc.);
• Build partnerships using the Revenue Share model (main focus);
• Maintain and develop active partners: FTD growth, partner retention, optimization of cooperation terms;
• Negotiation of terms: RS/CPA/Hybrid (understanding, priority - RS), individual terms for large partners;
• Traffic quality control together with the product and retention;
• Work with tracking, reporting and analytics (FTD, CR, NGR, churn);

• Interaction with internal teams: Product, Retention/CRM, Marketing, Finance / Analytics.

   

Requirements:

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook);
• Work with Tier-1 GEO (UK, CA, AU, NL, etc.);
• Real-world experience with the Revenue Share model;
• Understanding the economics of traffic: FTD, NGR, LTV, the impact of bonuses and retention on partner income;
• Experience in attracting partners both through traffic purchase and through partnership;
• Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships;
• Ability to work for results and with KPI;
• Independence, responsibility, stress resistance;
• Experience working with CPA/Hybrid (at the level of negotiations and risk assessment);
• Understanding media buying logic, but without transitioning to buying;
• Experience in interacting with buying teams and spend model;
• Experience in pre-launch / soft-launch projects;

• Understanding legal / compliance restrictions in iGaming.

   

Working conditions:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
