Junior Operations Manager

We are a fintech company with over 8 years of experience building financial infrastructure for media buyers and marketing agencies, helping them run campaigns and support their operations seamlessly. As we expand, we are looking for a Junior Operations Manager.

If you enjoy structuring and organizing processes and striving for rapid growth, this role will be an excellent fit. You will work directly with the COO to drive execution across the company – ensuring that priorities are translated into clear tasks, tracked properly, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the COO to coordinate day-to-day operations across teams
• Support the execution of operational tasks
• Keep task manager up to date
• Do weekly/monthly planning and reporting
• Turn chaotic tasks and discussions into clear tasks, deadlines, and owners.
• Track tasks, deadlines across teams; follow up and ensure timely delivery
• Support with documenting and improving internal processes and workflows

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in operations / project coordination / admin roles
• Strong ability to structure information and bring clarity to unstructured tasks
• Strong execution skills are essential
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
• Experience working with task managers (Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
• Clear, concise, and structured communication
• B1+ English
• Ability to use AI tools effectively to optimize workflows and automate routine tasks
