About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to drive player retention and engagement across our Sportsbook product.

The role focuses on lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, personalized communication, and continuous CRM performance optimization based on player behavior, betting activity, and sports event-driven campaigns.
 

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop RFM and behavioral segmentation.
• Build and manage CRM plans across different player segments.
• Manage CRM communication channels (Email, Push, Onsite, SMS).
• Develop and execute Sportsbook CRM campaigns around major sporting events, leagues, tournaments, and seasonal promotions.
• Personalize offers and customer journeys (free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, odds boosts, etc.).
• Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns.
• Run A/B tests (offers, timing, mechanics, events) and continuously improve CRM performance.
• Analyze key metrics such as Retention, LTV, Turnover, Bets, GGR, and Conversion Rate.
• Develop and optimize bonus mechanics, retention strategies, and customer engagement campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM or Retention.
• Proven experience in Sportsbook is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with CRM funnels, customer segmentation, and key performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with RFM and behavioral segmentation.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and analytics tools.
