Customer Support Operator (German Language)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Operator / Loyalty Manager to join our fast-growing international iGaming project. In this role, you will provide chat-based support to customers, manage account-related and technical queries, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support exclusively via chat (no sales or outbound calls)
  • Handle technical, financial, and account-related inquiries
  • Monitor platform stability and escalate incidents when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth platform operations
  • Assist in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and retention

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in iGaming or digital products
  • German language proficiency at B1 level or higher
  • Strong written communication skills in German
  • Comfortable working remotely in flexible shifts (2/2 or 5/2, 09:00โ€“21:00, no night shifts)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic international environment
