Sales Manager (CPA / DSP) to $1500

Then we have a great opportunity for you — Sales Manager in an ad network (CPA / DSP) 
 

Your daily tasks:
— Hunt for new advertisers (both enterprise and solo) in the CPA and DSP verticals, and secure exclusive deals with them — that's the only kind we do :)
— Introduce clients to our platform and help them launch effective ad campaigns
— Analyze placements and drive performance growth (uplift, optimization, auction demand)
— Contribute to the development of client service and the product
— Handle financial reconciliations together with the finance department, oversee payments and reporting
— Communicate with international partners across different time zones
— Keep up with market trends and implement them in your work
 

Your hard & soft skills:
— You're comfortable with hunting: finding, reaching out, negotiating — that's your thing
— You know how to build strong communication, both with clients and within the team
— You have at least 5 months of experience in affiliate marketing / CPA networks / ad networks / digital
— You understand the difference between ad formats (banners, push, etc.)
— Metrics like eCPM, CR, ROI, churn rate, frequency capping are not just empty words to you
— You have a basic understanding of setting up ad campaigns, trackers, and how ad networks operate
— Your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher — our partners love business correspondence and calls
— You are results-driven and focused on financial growth
— Proactivity isn’t just a word, it’s your work style
 

It would be a plus:
— Experience in account management or handling advertisers
— Experience working with DSP
— Participation in affiliate conferences and networking within the niche
