Digital Analytics Specialist (GA4 / GTM, Web3)
About the Project:
We are developing a decentralized lottery platform built on smart contracts and transparent on-chain mechanics. The product integrates blockchain infrastructure, backend services, and a modern web interface to ensure secure transactions, verifiable randomness, and automated prize distribution.
Responsibilities:
โ Own setup, maintenance, and validation of GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking
โ Design and maintain a consistent event tracking structure across the platform
โ Ensure accurate tracking of key user interactions across the product
โ Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities
โ Support product and marketing teams with tracking insights
โ Monitor tracking accuracy and proactively identify discrepancies
โ Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams on analytics implementation
โ Contribute to improving tracking of Web3-specific flows such as wallet connection and transaction steps
Requirements
โ Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
โ Experience designing event tracking and working with funnels
โ Experience validating tracking implementations and ensuring data accuracy
โ Experience working with UTM tagging, including deep links
โ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
โ Ability to work independently on tracking-related tasks
โ English level: Intermediate or higher
Nice to have
โ Experience with Web3 or blockchain-based products
โ Experience with fintech, trading, iGaming, or engagement-driven platforms
โ Understanding of wallet-based user flows and attribution specifics
โ Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (e.g. Dune, Flipside, Nansen)
